On-Site Infrared Inspection:
▪ SEMEQ thermographers perform a full site survey of mutually selected critical equipment
▪ Using state of the art handheld infrared cameras SEMEQ technicians relay all inspection data to our analysis lab
▪ In collaboration with our analysts, the on-site technicians input set-up data, route information, and key monitoring properties for each piece of equipment into the route set up
▪ SEMEQ thermographers perform route based inspections quarterly or semi-annually depending on the criticality of the equipment scheduled for inspection
▪ Thermal data is streamed from the technician’s hand held infrared camera to the analysts in the lab in real time and can be downloaded 24 hours a day 7 days a week
▪ The results from the analysis are streamed back to the individual thermographer so the technician sees immediate results and can then take any actions as needed
▪ The results are also available via SEMEQ’s industry leading customer portal, Mysemeq, which is accessible via the Internet
▪ Mysemeq compiles trend data for each piece of equipment as well as consolidated equipment information of multiple PdM technologies and inspections
