SEMEQ PredPlus® remote Analysis Service:

▪    SEMEQ provides the customer with one or more (as needed) data collectors. Semeq manufactures these data collectors.

▪    SEMEQ provides free service and upgrades for the data collector over the life of the service contract.

▪    SEMEQ engineers visit the customer on-site to train the customer representative on the use of the data collector, and Semeq performs initial set-up of the data including a full site survey and route creation.

▪    SEMEQ engineers apply permanent mounts for sensors as needed and mark all measuring points for consistent results over time

▪    Vibration data is streamed from the customer resource’s hand held data collector to the Semeq analysts in the lab

▪    The results from the analysis are streamed back to the individual data collector so the customer resource can get immediate results and take any actions as needed

▪    The results are also available via SEMEQ’s industry leading customer portal which is accessible via the internet showing trend data over time for each piece of equipment as well as consolidated equipment information in the case that SEMEQ is performing other PdM techniques such as oil analysis as well.

▪    The results are clear and easy to understand. If SEMEQ’s analysts detect any potential issues, they immediately report these results and prescribe a recommendation.
